My pictures of a recent trip to Newstead Abbey, once the home of Lord Byron. If you click on the link http://www.newsteadabbey.org.uk/ you can go to the official site. There have always been peacocks at Newstead for as long as I can remember. The swans always seems to glide so peacefully on the water, it's a great place to walk and enjoy both nature and history, the grounds are beautiful, even though it was the middle of winter last time we were there, and really cold!
