A Visit to Highclere

It was a very busy day when we visited Highclere and extremely warm. I would love to go back in winter, my favorite time of year. But here are some of my pictures, I tried to get as many as possible without capturing the other tourists.
The family motto in intricate stone script above the door and windows reads UNG JE SERVIRAY meaning Only one I will serve 
The grounds were beautiful and the Egyptian exhibit was fun with some real treasures and many replicas.
It's easy to see that the cast of Downton Abbey would have enjoyed their time filming there.
